What is Leadership UA? 

Leadership UA creates positive change in the Upper Arlington area by inspiring, developing and connecting leaders dedicated to serving the community. Leadership UA provides programs that strengthen leadership skills, broaden understanding of local issues, and connect participants with others in the community. 

First, LUA offers two distinct courses: an Adult Class and a Youth Program. Each course provides community information, sessions on personal growth, and leadership development.

Leadership UA also sponsors evenings of community political dialogue during its biennial “Meet the Candidates” nights.

Leadership UA also recognizes individuals for their outstanding community service through LUA’s annual service awards.

Entering our 20th year and boasting over 350 adult graduates, Leadership Upper Arlington offers its class members a unique opportunity to work on personal growth, meet new people and get connected with Upper Arlington.
